Oh nice! I lived in that area. Nice to see a highrise grow next to the station. ^.^ To bad no renders. But I dont think it will look great. xD

Well, typical apartment highrise design like the other ones in the town. Could have been a little bit more interesting the facade facing the main station of the town. My Nihongo is pretty bad. But I guess the 8,5 hm² area next to the building will be filled with other higrises soon. btw: Nice view. In one direction you will see the lakes, the mountains and Fuji-san in the distance, in the other one the skyline of Tokyo. Not too shabby. ^.^

The facade is alright IMHO, and it's the first phase in the redevelopment of a former Seibu Railway industrial site. The majority of it only encompasses a former neighborhood directly north and along a major street. A lot more is likely coming.

Better than nothing! =D I still dont like the roof and all the different balcony styles. Maybe a single black color design would have been better, too. Something like this:
