I hope the Arenco Twin Towers and the Gateway Towers will rise at the same time, would be nice to follow. It's time DMC turns into a proper skyline.

And too costly (2Billion)It is hard to believe with all the construction madness in Dubai no one picked up Pearl Dubai to invest in, I just hope whatever comes up in that circle will be iconic and breathtaking because honestly the 4 cubes weren't much wow. Oh and I believe they will be demolished AGAIN! that's just a personal observation
Main contract is not awarded yet so still some time before you will see it to start rising. By the way I understand this is 48+4 floors not 70 but I could be wrong.How is this once coming along?![]()

AVANI Hotels & Resorts on Monday announced the signing of its third property in Dubai.
AVANI Hotel Suites & Branded Residences is currently being developed by Al Fahim, and is scheduled to open in 2020, the company said in a statement.
It added that the 48-storey new-build property will be the third AVANI in Dubai and will represent the launch of AVANI residences in the region.
The new AVANI Hotel Suites & Branded Residences will total 527 keys, comprising 263 AVANI residences and 264 AVANI serviced apartments.
The residences, which will be marketed to investors as a sale and lease-back product, will be a mix of one, two, three and four bedrooms.
“When it opens in 2020, the impressive AVANI Hotel Suites & Branded Residences will be our third property in Dubai, signalling the brand’s steady growth in the region as well as around the world,” said Alejandro Bernabe, vice president AVANI Hotels & Resorts.
Launched by Minor Hotels in 2011, AVANI Hotels & Resorts currently has 23 properties in operation in Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Seychelles, Mozambique, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia, the UAE, Portugal, with the brand launching most recently in Australia, New Zealand and Laos.
