Passed by it and piling has started for this tower ... location is next to Concord tower .. this could easily be 300m+ .. the wide figure of the tower gives it the effect of it being shorter .. same case of Al Wasl Tower .. but it can def be a supertall

Main contract is not awarded yet so still some time before you will see it to start rising. By the way I understand this is 48+4 floors not 70 but I could be wrong.
