It is hard to believe with all the construction madness in Dubai no one picked up Pearl Dubai to invest in, I just hope whatever comes up in that circle will be iconic and breathtaking because honestly the 4 cubes weren't much wow. Oh and I believe they will be demolished AGAIN! that's just a personal observation

Dubai Pearl is a haunted site! No one wants to invest... And too costly (2Billion)

But this new tower will spoil the view of Dubai Pearl, which was the main attraction of the project. hno:
