Tower in design stage in JLT

Hi, well found this off a website that had a tower u/c in Bahrain (posted bye Skyline-BRN) and I found this tower in JLT that is in the design stage, don't know if it's been posted here before, enjoy:

Currently under design this 41 storey Residential & Commercial Tower is being constructed in the prestigious & up market area of Jumeirah just off Sheikh Zayed Road. Part of a community of 65 towers conceived by Nakheel this real estate is being developed to very high finishes as well as engineering standards. The tower overlooks a lake and comprises of over 300 luxury apartments in Singlex and Duplex configurations. The building has Centrally Air-conditioned Apartments, Indoor Swimming Pools, Recreation spaces & shopping areas.

SMC are providing Full Service MEP design of this nearly half a million square feet, 480 feet high skyscraper with a 2500 TR Central Chilled Water plant and a 9 MVA power distribution network involving 6 No.s 2500 A Busbar Rising Mains. The building design is required to get approval from multiple authorities including DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, JAFZA, Etisalat and Civil Defence. The noteworthy features of design are Central Battery Emergency Illumination, BMS, AV Intercom, CCTV, MATV, Fire & Gas Detection & Prevention.

Hehe good guess. Tower looks nice, fits next to the water.
can add this as a proposed and with the height too, nice one guys
added as proposed, should we create an official thread
samir, giles - did one of you change the status to approved on emporis? is there a confirmation i don't know about?
