That was the year before I was born in Chicago. I do remember it looking like that when I was a kid, and my parents would take me downtown. I also remember when the Prudential Building was built. It was the tallest in Chicago at the time, and you could actually see it from as far as 159th street and Oak Park Avenue in Tinley Park.
