The EDGE 100% needs more parking. The Trop site is locked up for years (potentially) and the EDGE needed a solution sooner rather than later. Also, a fun tidbit: the garage will be built for future vertical expansion. And the construction schedule has this project wrapping up around 8/2019.
Tribridge Edge District - St. Pete
This was added to St. Pete's Council agenda. Tribridge is entering into a development agreement with the city for a lot near Dr. BBQ in the Edge District.
Great little infill project. It is a shame about the public parking. I don't think it is needed since the Trop has so many spots already, but either way a great project.
