I was briefly at the Landmark Center during SMW Lagos 2019 and there’s a string of new buildings going up there, but unfortunately did not have the time/opportunity to check it out. Will try to ask around though. What's going on in the Landmark site? I spotted construction (including 2 cranes) in the video/image I am going to link/post below.
The entertainment center is being expanded. I believe a movie theatre (Filmhouse Imax cinema), shops and one or two new entertainment areas are being built there, then eventually some mid-rise (~10 floor) apartments are coming up.I was briefly at the Landmark Center during SMW Lagos 2019 and there’s a string of new buildings going up there, but unfortunately did not have the time/opportunity to check it out. That's an old picture though, as it's virtually completely clad now.
