I assume Oracle, Cap Gemini, HCL, ITC, Aegis, Leighton, MPSEZ et al are all public sector firms, as opposed to what?kirankoollad said:Why are not many private industries, universities or other private investments are not coming to trivandrum compared to kochi and kozhikode .
To add a few more firms of the "non private variety"I assume Oracle, Cap Gemini, HCL, ITC, Aegis, Leighton, MPSEZ et al are all public sector firms, as opposed to what?
Your question has came on the same day in which a 7billion USD giant decided to invest in Trivandrum. UST, TCS and Infosys alone are investing around Rs 4000 crores in TVM. If you were considering just malls and textile shops as only private investment then ok, but that also coming to TVM in a big way. What I mentioned above are pure industrial investments that are going to bring around 70,000 direct jobs. Why are not many private industries, universities or other private investments are not coming to trivandrum compared to kochi and kozhikode .
The difference between textile/ gold shops and IT companies. Why are not many private industries, universities or other private investments are not coming to trivandrum compared to kochi and kozhikode .

Now never forget C-DAC,Technopark & 11-11-11I am not about C-dac. I know ER & DC in vellayambalam. I think they merged and moved to Technopark, Right?
If technopark is govt run, how can companies inside it be private?all companies inside technopark is private.
