I guess it's a long shot but I'll try anyway. Quite some time ago, when flipping channels, I happened to stumble on a movie which I enjoyed a lot and really would like to watch again. However I saw only part of it and I have no idea what its title was. What I do remember was that it was a Canadian movie, or that it was set in Canada. It featured a group of young people (an ensemble cast IIRC) who were friends (or acquintances) and who would often gather at a place of one of theirs. Not sure anymore, but I think they played cards often. What made the movie so appealing to me is that it featured a lot of subtle humour and funny conversations. It may have been an indie movie and/or low budget, since it all had an unconventional feel to it.

As I said already, I know it's a long shot, but I hope you can help. :)
