Some backyards in our commieblock districts ln Lithuania look like this, especially in Kaunas.^^ It seems to be N11 between Kryvyi Rih and Mikolayiv.

But it seems it's mostly from lack of maintenance since it look like Soviet tarmac which is weaker in general, since in Soviet times there were not very much traffic in general and the transport itself was lighter.Most of road destruction in this case is because of grain transport. Many trucks transporting agricultural produce are too overloaded, and weight controls are inefficient and easy to bypass.

So the N11 was partly repaved last November. Is there any planning for the reconstruction of the whole road between Kryvyi Rih and Mykolaiv so it can deal with the heavy cargo traffic?Yep, keep in mind this N11 is the main road not only between Kryvyi Rih (pop. 630,000) and Mykolaiv (495,000) but also between Dnipro (1,000,000) and Odessa (1,016,000).
In all, this road is the most direct connection between the #3, #4, #8 & #9 largest cities in Ukraine!
