That really does look overwhelming from Ann Street but I guess it won't look quite as much once they put up that facade that comes down over half the poles.
Was that always in the approved design or have they altered it?

The Ann Street podium facade? It's always been there. Check out the original DA renders:

It's only around the 150m mark (same as 360 Queen Street), so about the same height as Santos Place, 400 George Street and 275 George Street roof height, but 275 will still be taller due to its spire.

300 George and The One are of course much taller.
