^^ It actually won't look very much like that at all, as that is a very old render. Here's a newer one.

As for the non-glass areas, they are plant rooms. The ones facing Ann Street can just be seen at the top of this render.

^^ The cleaning up of the former Fruit and Produce Exchange and introducing a large number of workers into the area will go a long way to improving that section of Turbot Street.

Sorry Nathan I was just referring to the white non glass sections that cover the core on the side that faces the state law building. Similar to the grey panels that cover the core on The One. I couldn't find any newer renders of that angle sadly. I also dream for the day where those ramps like the one on Turbot Street are all but gone and the roads in Brisbane actually make sense.
