I have been to Udon Thani and around Nongkhai today
and here is some Udon town and Nongkhai

the way back to Nongkhai I saw this little shop very nice.





Oh god!! just before I got to Nongkhai ,it was a accident I'm so sorry about that! So you see how dangerous is when you are on the road

I think Udon Thani is very big town I have spended around 3 hours to go around.Next time I will find the Tizinomix complex for you I still don't really know where they gonna build it just not sure. see you guy soon!

Yeah that milestone seems really big! Funky little shop you found also. I wonder how it is from the inside.
no offense to Isan people. but Isan looks more developed than i thought. (never been to Isan except Korat) very good for Thailand:)

Udon looks nice city.
I went to Isan just only Korat and Mahasarakhaam. I think it must have many more nice cities. Ubon, Khonkaen,Roiet,...
How many Isanese (555) in here. you can present yourself over this thread

Fantastic photos. I like the Mekong River scenery. I have never been to NongKhai actually eventhough I used visited Ubon Ratchatani quite often when i was younger.
Very nice, Khun Nongkhai Tong. I have been to Nongkhai and some other provinces of Isan several times, and I liked them a lot. Yes, Nongkhai is pretty developed already and the ppl there are amazingly kind and easy going.

Nongkhai is such as a small town but quite developed, very nice place to get relax and one the the turist destinations many people can speak and commucate the the foreigners becuase lots of Volunteers here
I love Nongkhai.The city isn't so big but very relax place and good city planing.
everything looks quiet and sleepy (except the car accident) :) I like it :D
