Yes, I agree too. After Bangalore & Namma Kudla, the Udupi-Manipal belt has got many highrise buildings in Karnataka.
Udupi-Manipal road, Ambagilu, Santhekatte regions are all developing & modernizing rapidly.
Udupi is not a corporation city but still, the way it's developing is appreciated.
