Great pics - captures that London feeling very well :eek:kay:
nah, just a piece of guerilla art on the Millennium bridge.
Great to see street scenes. My picks: summer #2 and 57, winter #8 (really bad luck it is overexposed, otherwise great view with SwissRE in the background) and 9.
such a wonderful blending and confluence of the worlds people.
awesome thread, two thumbs up.
captivates the true soul of london
Very good thread bro. Very very good. Some of it made me laugh too, is that 'no stopping and staring' sign for real?
It's opposite the Tate Gallery (Modern Art Museum) which should give away the idea behind it ;O)

Thanks, yep winter no 8 is off Brick Lane, its a great view of the Gherkin but taken off a crappy phone as alot of these are - the price ya pay for opportunism. I wish I could afford a high res micro thing

London is looking freaking good....looks like alot of street life is going on - lovely:D
God I miss London. Back in August though.

The greatest city in the world? You betcha!
Lol since when is SoHo the gay district? I wondered there drunk one night with my friends trying to find a strip club. Anyways good pics.
Soho (not SoHo, don't whatever you do confuse it with the NYC version, this is the 350 year old original) is the gay district, sex district, Chinatownand media village rolled into one, its also part of Theatreland and is chock full of restaurants, bars and cafes - anything goes here. However due to the conservative Westminster Council putting a ban on alcohol after 3am alot of the established clubs are moving out to 'the new West End', the East End. Meanwhile the gay village has half decamped to Vauxhall, south of the river. Theres still alot going on in Soho with the streets still crowded at 4am, but its not the 24hr place it once was.

No alcohol after 3am? Wstminster Council should really not interfere with these kind of matters. Why did they come up with this rule anyway?
AWESOME Thread! great pix, really does show the 'London Feeling'
