Construction has kicked into gear on Beach Vista, a luxury Emaar Development project at the site of the UAE’s new maritime centre, Dubai Harbour.
Emaar Development has taken possession of the land and started site mobilisation and enabling work for the 375-unit seaside project set for handover in Q3 2021.
Beach Vista is situated in a two-tower development of 33 and 26 floors respectively. All of the apartments, which have between on and four bedrooms, feature glass façades and large balconies with views overlooking the Arabian Sea, The Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Marina.
The waterfront project will give residents access to all of the usual amenities, such as a gym, pool, and podium-level parking, but also a yacht club, shops, restaurants, and cafes.
“Emaar Beachfront’s first residential launch, Beach Vista, has been an overwhelming success recording strong investor response from the UAE and international markets,” the managing director of Emaar Properties, Ahmad Al Matrooshi, said.
“We are now commencing the construction of Beach Vista residences highlighting our commitment to on-schedule delivery. We are working with the best-in-class contractors and consultants to deliver Beach Vista to the highest standards of design excellence and build quality.”
All 375 Beach Vista Residences have been sold, generating approximately $272m (AED1bn) in sales.
The project aims to bring a Miami-style beach lifestyle to Dubai.
Emaar did not disclose the names of contractors or sub-contractors involved in the Beach Vista build.
Mhhhh, it seems at least those two werent "placeholders" in the model in the end. Maybe the rest of those placeholders arent placeholders either.
