Do you know the exact location of this Beirut!??? All these saifi projects compliment each other, they are well made

+ The building is divided into 2 sides, one on the back and one on the front.


Back side:
+ The Ground floor slab has been poured.

Front side:
+ The 1st basement slab has been completed.

+ The Ground floor slab is expected to be completed by week 43.

+ Concrete works reached the third floor.

+ Concrete works expected to be completed by end of October 2008.

+ Masonry works are almost completed in the basements and ground floors, and have started in first floor.

Latest Update (Sept. 18 2008):

+ Concrete works have reached the 12th floor.
+ Concrete works are expected to be completed by end of November 2008.
+ Masonry works are completed basement floors and have reached the 9th floor.
+ Electro-mechanical works are in progress in all apartments.
+ Cladding is expected to start by the end of October 2008.
+ Tiling in all apartments is expected to start early October 2008.
+ Installation of metallic sub frames for aluminum has started.

+ Concrete works are completed.
+ Masonry works completed, except on the 12th floor, where completion date is expected by week 49.
+ By the end of November 2009, all common areas and main entrance will be completed.
+ Cladding is completed at all facades.
+ All scaffolding will be dismantled by end of November 2009.
