#UNDER C: "Ministries Complex - Eastern Car Park", 8F, ?M, Parking

Passed by the Ministries Complex today for an unsuccessful attempt to get work done, but also managed to see this unfortunate structure going up. I don't know which Mickey Mouse architect was hired to design this childish thing, but those colors are hideous. Those designers must've thought they came up with something really cool when in fact, this looks like the architectural rendition of musical chairs.

Ugh. Construction is still underground and the progress of the renovation of the Ministries Complex is a total disaster that's moving slowly with no end in sight. Completion date for both is unknown.
