Anyone bought in this building? It has one of the best payment plans I have come across and the sales people told me its only about 1km away from Ajman marina.

This is supposed to be the location for this project (you can see the little image of the project close to the lake)

Anyone familiar enough with Ajman to figure out which road this project is close to? Is it going to be close to Ajman Marina?

From the start of the lake till where it divides in to two is all Ajman marina and also al zorah islands are launching soon which is almost oppoiste side of lake . so this area is going to be the most prestigeous area in Ajman. Still in front of of orient there are some warehouses of Ajman Freezone which is going to be evacuated on 1st of January after that the prices will go very high in that area.

I have talked to the sales they said there are many project going to be launched in that area which would be more than 50 % expensive than Orient Towers.

So i am very much interested to invest in that project. if some body knows weak points please let me know.

after you posted the pic we can now all see that they are preparing the site, before we haven't had the pic we didn't know so I assumed it is approved
