UOB Plaza In Al Bawadi?

I think I saw a picture of UOB Plaza in the Dubai Al Bawadi thread in the main highrise developments forum. Am I seeing things wrongly? I can't be bothered to read up on this development since there's a lot of bashing going around and this city just asks for too much attention that I just lost my interest in it.

I can see Taipei 101 too ^ ^

Now I've read the small lines below and I don't think they can pull it together, sounds even more insane than Dubai World.

It won't happen, UOB is not in the masterplan model.

I understand that Dubai is investing so much in tourism to diversify its economy for when petrol will run out... My question is... Who will be able to afford the plane ticket to Dubai, once petrol runs out ? ^ ^
