hello up_mc...nice hobby you got yourself into, it's expensive but it's satisfying....my advice: shoot ka lang ng shoot, dont worry about the technical stuff, you'll eventually get it as you go on!
im not an expert and im what you may classify as a noob, but since you asked, here's my take on your shots:
try not to shoot your subject dead center. know the rule of thirds before breaking them ...the dome shot looks great, ok lang na dead center sya kasi bilog naman e, pero you can add depth and try shooting at an angle para ma iba naman.
the flower shot could use some depth too, try mo palakihin yung aperture mo, then i-paleng mo ng konti sa may tabi yung subject. if possible, make the background brighter or lighter
the sunset shots are good, but it could be better if you can darken the sky a little bit more para mangibabaw yung orangey color like the last picture.
