If the drawing/pic has been drawn to scale,then its over 25 floors,coz if u look the first pic and count the boxes,there are bout 15,then if you check the next pic...each box/like has two floorsdoesn't look that tall.
Totally irrelevant to the building. But once lets say Hilton or Serena decides that the central business district cant handle the influx of tourists in the country Upperhill will be there next destination and they would probably build an iconic 45-55flr tower that would show Nairobi off i would estimate this would happen in the next 5years or so.
totally agree. i can see hilton has constructed a maasive lovely hotel in kampalaI'm sure many investors are just waiting for the elections and see how the political climate will be.Can bet if things go well there will be a big change in our skyline.Totally irrelevant to the building. ^^ just a few days ago i talked with a Hilton manager and he told me that there was plans to construct a new tower but everything is at a hold for a moment they are waiting for the political climate to clear-up and the other projects in nairobi to be finally finished or started.
It seems that upperhill will be full of shields, a nice remembrance to our tradition as a country
