The specifications:

The apartments are fully serviced including cleaning, laundry and security. Valet parking, baby sitting, porterage and 24-hour concierge services are also available.

Grounds and Gardens
The Azalea has been landscaped throughout, from the central atrium to the terraced gardens on the 6th, 8th, 11th and 13th floor. There is a private outdoor garden with mature trees and rest areas and a spectacular water feature.

Retail outlets
A convenience store and travel agency will be located on the ground floor.

Helicopter Shuttle
The building has a rooftop helipad with proposed helicopter services to shuttle residents to and from the airport. The service will also be available for private charter.

145 covered parking bays are located in the basement and on ground level.

Indoor Pool
A 25m heated swimming pool is located on the mezzanine floor.

Furnishing and Finishes
The Azalea apartments benefit from the highest specifications and finishes. Buyers can choose either a Pan-African or European contemporary design for their apartment – two distinct themes of fixtures and furnishings. Floors are finished in a mixture of stone and Italian or Spanish tiles.

Fire Protection and Security
The entire building is protected with adequate fire equipment linked to smoke detectors in all apartments and common areas. Apartments are protected by a key-card access control system and an intercom that connects all rooms and the security desk. The complex is protected by an electric fence and CCTV and cameras which are strategically located in lobbies, entrances etc.

Beautiful project... Mkenya, if you have to ask the price I don't think you can afford it heheh :) ...though i'd love to live there myself:cheers:
Price aside, if this project becomes successful, We may witness a shift from people building those four-five storey apartment blocks to tall apartment blocks.

Hi guys

Im from western australia and was thinking of buying one of these, anyone on here be able to advice how much rental demand there would be for these high end apartments?
