The latest for the Golden Arches property at the base of the Needle:


The cover photo really grabs you! Making this look like they're trying to make it almost as interesting as it's neighbor kitty corner from it (The EMP).
They did well with that design. I wonder what the status on nearby 508 Denny Way and 130 5th Ave North are. Love the proposals on 5th Avenue North near the needle.

508 Denny hasn't had any movement for nearly 2 years. I think it's dead. I hope whoever redevelops that keeps the old Fat City building façade. It's worth keeping in my opinion.

It's interesting seeing how quickly everyone is pivoting from office to lab space in SLU and Denny Triangle. Hopefully it all goes for biotech. It certainly wouldn't hurt to continue to diversify the type of activities going on downtown.
