Dental office opening on Newark Ave (near Gia Gelato)

Cork & Canvas next door (has been open for a little bit at least, I think)

There's probably a new barber shop (or salon) every week. Not sure if these are new or old

A bit of Grove St musical chairs - Cool Vines moved into the base of Charles&Co, so Blvd Realty moved into their old space. Blvd used to be in the building behind the one they're in now (for a few months, anyway).

Surge Fitness, in Vita A Lofts (sign is on Maxwell Alley)

And not sure if this is new (and definitely wouldn't call it "retail") - congregation on 3rd St

The recently opened 99 Ranch Market, replacing the old Pathmark

There's a pad site for lease in this mall. The mall itself doesn't seem to be doing very well, although the 99 Ranch Market seems to be bringing in a decent amount of business.

Luna de Papel (196 Pine St) - described on their site as a crafting workshop

It's a bit tough to keep track of retail locations, so I'm not sure if these two are new:

Mint Market, next to Orale and Tidal Poke

Zahara Day Spa (I feel like this has been open for a bit and I never really noticed)

This one is more curious - I sticker on Trump Bay Street saying "CVS Coming soon". But according to the JC Planning Board, it seems that 70 Hudson was applying for CVS signage. I wonder what happened here
