Updates courtesy of sir aishieteru_22 :cheers:

Initial perspective. Architect and draftsman are busy working on revisions for the final design and 3D rendering.
Name: KZB Hotel? :lol:
First three floors will house the following: lobby (obviously :lol, office, restaurant, cafe and a 1000-seat function hall.
Upper floors are for hotel rooms and suites.
Will have a pool at the back of the property.

Great News! I saw that construction last time that I went to Baguio.
Urdaneta City is really developing.
I hope that they will consider also greeneries, landscaping and pocket gardens because it is now becoming hotter in Urdaneta.
I hope the Hotel has a beautiful garden in the pool area and in the rooftop.
