@Filip - well the top floor isn`t finished lol and I really have no idea what's up with couple of lower floors. Lazy workers gone home early? And how silly was it before when it was written with lights TITO on every side ?
but i don't think it's the only skyscraper in balkans built by "world standards". as i said before, there are allways unitic towers to win in comparation with ushche but i must admitt it's a nice skyscraper. tallest in balkans as far as i know.

hehe, that's right, if u look it by architecture... but, i don't know, that building is there as long as i know for myself, it is just redefined... it isn't something new, it isn't a thing which will change the shape and form of our beloved city
