Not exactly pretty. I can already see this after a few eyars when the paint on the walls starts to fade and chipped away. The top part looks like a cityland condo or an smdc high density mass housing project. Its a project thats wants to be everything to everyone, an artsy theater, with first class amenities within a mass housing bldg, might as well throw in a food court and a wet market para complete na

It's not exactly ugly as in totally ugly.

Let's just describe it as "hipon". :D

Now if the top section gets dressed into a more appealing color schene, then we could upgrade it into "tempura".
Hipon na may identity crisis. ;) Part of it wants to be paminta, but its podium wants to be a drag queen. :D

I call it the "Frankenstein's Monster Architecture" :D

Description of Karloff's portrayal of the monster:
the creature almost always appears as a towering, undead-like figure, often with a flat-topped angular head and bolts on his neck to serve as electrical connectors or grotesque electrodes. He wears a dark, usually tattered, suit having shortened coat sleeves and thick, heavy boots, causing him to walk with an awkward, stiff-legged gait (as opposed to the novel, in which he is described as much more flexible than a human). The tone of his skin varies (although shades of green or gray are common), and his body appears stitched together at certain parts (such as around the neck and joints).
