I haven´t been at Aalborg Tårnet since 1995, so interesting to see Aalborg from that angle again.
Observations:
- Hasseris looks nice, but a little monotone, all houses look almost the same way. I have always considered Hasseris a place where it is probably nice to live, but where there is nothing to do if you don´t actually live there.
- Along Limfjorden you can see that Aalborg is still pretty much industrial....even that this is changing.
- Actually the city center looks pretty small from Aalborg Tårnet....the center of Aalborg actually is quite small, but relatively compact.
- on the Photo number nine from above ("The Good life in Denmark") I can see Skovbakkevej....it´s a road that brings yo to....Aalborgtårnet. It´s pretty hard to climb that road by bike, I can tell
For those interrestet in architecture... Both also in Danish
No problem, I DO read Danish, even that my nick is Italian, but I AM Danish
Probably you are right about Hasseris, but as they say in that article "Umiddelbart fremstår kvarteret homogent", so my impression was not totally wrong. But maybe if you study the buildings further you will notice the differences. But from above, from Aalborgtårnet, the area does seem quite homogene or monotone (matter of taste what word you would use).
