As truly terrible this development is, it is 119 apartments, so prob justifies a thread.

Site undergoing piling.

Site as of Sep. The groundworks are now complete, with the 240-plus piles all covered up and preparations are being made for the next stage.

Thanks MB.

This isn't even that bad to be fair, for the location. It's just an extra bit of bulkyness which is going to spread our city outwards and put us one step closer to that dense inner city that we need!

It's pretty grim, the finish on the corner is dreadful. But to be fair it could be much worse given the location.

I would expect a development like this to have exposed undercroft parking. This actually has basement parking! And the stilts of the ground floor parking have been infilled to improve the appearance of the ground floor.

This might look much better in reality.

It's eight floors, not seven. You need to change the thread title.
Viewpoint Ford Lane Salford subject to liquidator freezing injunction

Does not look good for this development. It is currently subject to a freezing injunction:

Jesus, what a mess. Sold out too.
Thought the site looked a bit quiet (dead) when I drove past the other day!
