The grid-like road system in Sunway and Subang remind me of the chips on a motherboard! So well-planned...

As you can see, Sunway Medical Centre which opened about 5 - 6 years ago still isn't there yet. Even the Suwnay Lagoon Amphitheatre isn't covered yet........So this picture probably dated to 1997

Yes....the design is something similar to the Sunway Lagoon Resort and Sunway Pyramid with all the Egyptian and safari ornaments. It is also much taller!
The Sunway Lagoon Amphitheatre is the fan-shaped structure to the upper left of the 'volcano' in the middle of the lagoon. You could see the white thing which is the stage teflon roofing while the maroon 'fans' are actualy the brick seats
The Sunway Medical Centre is now located at the construction area next to the group of condos with red roofing in the picture that formed a 'V' shape. You could see the 4 piling machines on the site
