Finally, another project by HKR (Sukothai)...any deatils like price and concept? Only one building? It's about 5 rai of land
4,000m2 expect another Kerry Hill design most likely smaller units given the over supply of large units ie Sukhothai Residence, The Met, The River etc

Still sounds good to me...looking forward for more info, the land price was not that high, 7000,000 per TW if I remember right.today its cheaper then the market, they make something very nice and put more money to design
Think over 800,000per wah how times change when these land prices are cheap !

I "think" the alliance francaise is moving temp. to the new French Embassy compound by the river. According to the contract they will eventually have to hand over the property by 4Q of this year. The new alliance francaise also about to starts their new building very soon. Will post render o that later today.

French Embassy is just consolidating embassy services into a new building at existing Bangrak location

Alliance Francaise will move to a new building in a different location near Lumpini Park

South Sathorn Rd land was sold by French embassy to City Virtue Limited (arm of HK's HKR---same guys as Sukhothai Residences) last year

UK also sold a big chunk of their Bangkok Embassy land to Central (which is developing Central Embassy)

Cambodia also sold their embassy (which is now being developed into 185 Rajadamri)

maybe should cost cut further like Belgium and move embassy to Sathorn Square office tower :)
