Yung katapat ng Evia Lifestyle Complex siguro ay ang future Vista Mall ...since Vista Hub yung mga BPO towers sa likod nito . Based sa rendering , parang may linear park in the middle of Vista Hub towers. Sana mag succeed ang development na ito ( Vista City ) . It has full of potentials .

I'm Very excited to that Vista Mall... Ang daming mall sa Development (Vista City)... pero may Starmall na, Hindi kaya Magkaroon ng Competition? well, iisa lang nmn ang may ari nun.. :nuts:

Well medyo malayo na yung Starmall Molino Bacoor at ang malapit doon ay ang existing SM Center Molino. Kung sa Vista City proper ang makakatapat nito ay ang propose Ayala mall sa junction ng MCX road at Daang Hari road. May assurance na rin na ililipat na ang New Bilibid Prison sa province in Luzon so yung area na maba-vacate nito (roughly 400 hectares) ang lalo pang magpapa expansive ng commercial viability ng lugar na ito.And the ideal elevation of that corridor which makes it flood free at all is a plus factor.As far as I know of , wala ring informal settlers colony sa vicinity at mostly ay legitimate residents ng mga existing numerous villages from lower middle to high end market ang mga subdivisions dito so the strong purchasing power consumer base are there already .

May underconstruction na 3-storey extension building sa Evia ..mukhang may small capacity cinema on top. On the other side of Daang Hari ..ginagawa ang BPO building at inaayos din nila yung river boundary nila sa Bacoor. Coming soon ang TGI Friday, Krispy Kreme at iba pang noted brands /restos sa Evia mall and probably more to come dun sa U/C na extension.

Yah. I think hindi na matutuloy ung Vista Mall katabi ng Vista Hub. Mukhang in full swing na ang Construction ng Vista Hub. Malapit narin matapos ung phse 3 n 4 ng evia.

Malapit lang din kasi yung bagong Starmall Daang Hari Molino kaya hindi pa matutuloy . Probably kapag natuloy yung Ayala mall MCX ..Vista mall will prosper.Sana unahin na muna nila yung Vista mall Lakefront na gawin kasi a new mall in Arca South is shaping up.
