Rumored that there will be another Central plaza rising there. Plot A is being cleared out but I'm not really sure about plot B. But it is one gigantic decent piece of land indeed.

It's official it's called "Emsphere" it will be different than Emquartier and Emporium.
I wonder how? Since Emporium emphasis on high end brand and emquartier is
emphasizing on mid-high brand.
Emsphere will be concentrating on mid-low brand? Or am I wrong?
