After construction initially started years ago, the site's been "boarded" up with the pieces of a crane and a bunch of derelict construction equipment in a bit of a hole. It seems it's once again alive, with JT Ross listing completion as 30 November 2013

I'm glad this bit of a blight will finally be covered up!

Construction of a multi-storey office block with basement parking

NMC was awarded the fourth phase of the Waterview Office Development in Century City.

The R57,6 million project has a gross building area of 12,360m² and comprises of six levels; with four levels (ground to third floor) being parking levels and levels four to five will accommodate 3,000m² of lettable office space. The remaining sixth slab will be a roof slab.

The design ties in with that of the first three buildings.
