i think location looks like it will be somewhere beside the marcelo fernan bridge approach. The warehouse roof on the first and second photo looks exactly the same. And the billboard across the street on the third photo puts the location on thaat big vacant lot. It is not very far from Maayo Clinic and Amaia Steps Mandaue

Sa Opol, Right? Seven Seas, is a 7 hectare waterpark pero wa pa man ma utilize tanan and can be expanded as well. Kini sa Mandaue gi utilize na tanan mao nay diferencia pero not to be biased mas kini ako tan aw dako og future compared to the other because of its location. Ang kini pud sa Mandaue by looking at the map still be expanded same with Opol. Ana lang!
