Lagos Ikoyi (Includes Banana Island which is an extension of Ikoyi) - Includes residences of men like Mike Adenuga and Bola Tinubu
Abuja - Maitama District (Includes Ministers Hill) Includes residences of Andy Uba and Lucky Igbinedion

These two places are the wealthiest neighbourhoods in Nigeria....and many of Nigeria's most powerful and wealthiest men live there
He asked for photos.

One thing, even in the richest areas in lagos, the general neighbourhood still often looks crap...i mean pavements, roads, lamps, etc. its the same as in sao paulo. Luanda, nairobi, harare are amongst the very few major african cities with 'nice' rich areas. I think its funny when I visit millionaires in accra living on potholed roads. In ghana there has since been a shift to gated developments which have parks and other aesthetics.
I know he asked for photos.

I am just naming the areas..even if I posted photos I would still name the areas
"Ikeja G.R.A" located to the immediate east of the Murtala Mohammed I'ntl Airport, Lagos Nigeria . Here a hectare of Land goes for a minimum of $500,000, well laid out streets, and green environment(probably the greenest residential area in Lagos). Average per capita income in this neighborhood should be in the $100,000+ range per year. Top Government Residence , European Quarters, Airlines, International Hotel Groups like the Sheraton and Protea are located in this wealthy enclave of Lagos. It has one of the larger golf courses in Nigeria. It occupies an area of approximately 6 square km. High rises are strictly prohibited in this neighborhood .

When it comes to wealthy areas I don't think any other country in the continent can compare to South Africa.

Considering how wealthy the 1% Nigerians are, I expected something better than this:

Last time I checked these types wouldn't live in an area with national grid power lines

or this sort of flats:
