Morag dili siguro sa old PhiilAm Life kay naa pa may Invitation to bid nga announcement gibutang didto. So wala pa siguro mahalin ang property.
Look. The name says ‘West Jones’. That means the west side of Osmena Blvd. Osmena Blvd. is on a south-north orientation. So Philam Life site should be ruled out. The Manila Bulletin site is more likely as its on the west side.

We will wait for the rendering of the project..the true location of the project will appear on the site...just wait,no arguement about the location yet..

A few meters away from osmena blvd daw. Most likely dli along that road. Plus, its a marketing statement so it will sound nearer (to Osmena Blvd) than it actually is.

nindot na pud unta nga dunay mga high rises nga motubo along jones avenue with a live-work-study-play concept especially those working and studying within the city proper to minimize the use of private vehicles and use public transportation.

Currently still on LOI. Yes and also for medical students from SWU & Velez.

^^ Mao na ang old Charter House sa Borromeo Bros. Dugay nana sila nagplano magtukod og 15-storey condo dinhang dapita.
