korek, kakadisappoint eh. :bash::bash::bash: the hell with those condos, sayang ang space ng Pagcor city....I recall there are no condos in Disneyland theme parks, nor do I recall any condos in Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore, hotels yes, condos ? none near the park

This is the only pagcor's project I hope to get scrapped! They're wasting prime reclaimed land for these low-end looking condos!

It's there. Notice the triangular figure underneath the (+632) prefix of the landline number.

But according to news from the new, this part of the project is with Okada and Okada is tied up with Empire East.

if this project is at Resort World area, then it be Megaworld.

Also the design of the Residence don't bear the look of a Megaworld project. It look similar to Kasara by Empire East.

The Residential Project will be under MEGAWORLD RESORT ESTATES, INC.

This is bad news! Another condo, and such an ugly design. I thought this is an entertainment city, of casinos, theaters and theme parks? How can Pagcor allow this project, or are they aware of this?

Hi guys, I'm in town right now for my condo inspection at The Residential Resort (Sarasota Cluster) in Newport City. Just attended the Bayshore Residences presentation last Saturday amd was inforned they're building two (2) high-end hotels beside the mall and one of them are Ritz Carlton. Currently, they're pre-selling clusters 1 & 2.

The extravagant vision of ex-Pagcor chiefs Efraim Genuino and Butch Francisco of casinos with theme parks, monorails, manila eye and a tower were shelved by Naguiat aka Winnie the Pooh. What we have now at Pagcor is a messed-up vision of casinos, hotels and condos. at least a huge water fountain show and an artificial man-made beach will be there courtesy of Okada.
