For me it's Rio, Curitiba, Brasilia and Buenos Aires, as are cities with modernity, beauty and quality of life.

The Brazil has a great number of large and beautiful cities and is the Latin American country with the most global cities or with wealth and quality of life, they are: Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasília and other strong contenders such as Belo Horizonte , Curitiba, Porto Alegre and Florianópolis.

meaburroperomerio.I must say that you are taking into consideration the population of the metropolitan region, the only theread informs the population of the city limits in fact. Example Mexico City has 20,120,000 people in its metropolitan area, but the city actually has only 8.1 million inhabitants.
The Metropolian Area in the cities:
Rio: 11.2 million inhabitants
São Paulo: 20,4 million inhabitants
Mexico City: 20,1 million inhabitants
Guadalajara: 3,2 million inhabitants
Buenos Aires: 13,1 million inhabitants
Santiago: 7 million inhabitants
Brasília: 4,7 million inhabitants
Curitiba: 5,5 million inhabitants
Caracas: 4,5 million inhabitants
