What is with those East Timor Advertisements on Bus Stops??

Does anyone understand them?there usually found in Upper Bukit timah and Bukit Timah... there about East Timor, there was one that before you go to East Timor you have to prepare a couple of Toilet Paper. is it Tourism Promotion or Somting else?? can anyone tell me? :dunno: :? :? :?

Its just tourism promotion. And it sure worked on you

they just want to show how wild and untouched the place is, you know how some backpackers love those kind of places...
