When do you go to bed and when do you wake up?

I normally go to bed at somewhere between 12 and 1am. Sometimes if I'm tired I'll go to bed a bit earlier.

If I have uni in the morning, I'll attempt to wake up at around 8am giving me adequate time to get ready. If I don't have uni, it can be any time between 9 and 11am.

So, when do you go to bed and when do you wake up?

I go to bed at about 1am and get up between 7am and noon. Sometimes I might sleep in a bit longer - especially at weekends.

;)
I usually go to bed around 1 AM and get up just before 7 AM, although this morning, the weight of this world's worries, coupled with it being a bit stuffy, meant I got up at 5:30 AM. Trouble was I felt like a zombie. I tried to do my customary 45 press-ups straight after climbing out of bed and could only manage 15 before I had to give up :(.
LOL ;)

I go to bed normally around 12 on weekdays but then 2-3 on weekends. I get up depending on when i have to get in to college for. So it changes daily and whether i have a lift to where i am going.
I tend to go to bed about 11-12 ish and wake up at around 6:30, I have a fairly long commute you see. Its tough saving the world :(
On weekends it totally depends, this morning I woke up at 6:17 which annoyed me, I needed a whizz but after I'd been I just couldn't get back to sleep :bash:
With me it always depends, but going to bed before 1am makes me feel slightly ill.
When I am at work, I usually go to bed at around 11-11.30 and get up at 7am. Weekends and day's off I can stay up as late as 3AM and sleep in until about 9AM.
Weekdays

Bedtime: between 1am and 2pm.
Get up: 8.30-9am (i live very close to work)

Weekends:
Bedtime: similar, maybe later
Get up: 11am-1pm
I normally go to bed around three on weekdays getting up at around eight .I normally get to bed around five or later at the weekend usually getting up noon the following day . I always sleep for an hour in the afternoons ; around fiveish .

I go to bed between 2:00 and 3:00 as I'm up most evenings writing novels/short stories. Get up around 6:30-7:30 when daughter wakes me up! This morning it was 6:15. She was sitting in her cot crying!
^^ That's one of the more unusual pastimes/occupations for our forumers! (The writing, not the child-rearing...)

11-12pm for me, and rise at 7am.

Weekends - who knows ;)
I didn't think you slept, Bio! I just thought you just waited. :)
Rottersclub you write novels? Respect for that. I have changed my sleeping habits. I now sleep around 1 am and get up at 7.50am Bang on.

Yup, I write novels and short stories in what little spare time I have - I've just started a new novel. Haven't had one published yet, but I've had a handful of short stories published - that was 10 years ago, I had a break from writing but started again when my Dad died. I really need to get round to submitting the novels to publishers!!! One might want to publish one!
I used to write poetry as a teen, but as my love for hip hop grew, I started writing raps. I didn't rap them (I can't rap for the life of me) so I let other people do the rapping for me! Never took it as a serious hobby really, just something to pass the time every now and then! :)
