not really, its becoming to be very busy, its close to emirates road,
and right behind us is International City ,

also, 5 minutes away from the Airport, 2 minutes if you include the expansion

yet, you still get the calm and quite environment, its like Jumeirah, without the traffic, the noise and the beach
