Working in Singapore

Hi everyone. I am a 17 year old student that lives in Perth Australia. I was wondering how hard it would be to get establish a career in Singapore working as a signaling technician on the MRT. I am very interested in trains and I love almost everything about Singapore, so it would be great if I could live there in the future.
