This is another project that reminds me of Panama City.
Over there they revitalized Casco Viejo and added a lot of rooftop bars overlooking downtown.
I'd say of all the cities I've visited Panama City reminds me of Tampa the most, albeit a vastly bigger version.

There's even a causeway area reminiscent of Rocky Point, even down to how car-centric it is lol
