50 FL isn't about magnitude. These heights are quite common. It's more about the will to tackle of govt agencies which usually are averse to FSI. that and DGCI which likes to blanket enforce low FSI when it comes to projects in vicinity of airports.A quick question - is the developer credible enough to pull off something of this magnitude? I am not very familiar with the Bangalore market anymore but I have not heard of this firm before this project. Thanks.
The Developer hasn't that big name in bangalore compared to other tier 1 builders. But they executed the project which is big enough like Golden Grand in Yeshwantpur which was designed by HOK, NY.A quick question - is the developer credible enough to pull off something of this magnitude? Let me tell you about this developer. Golden Gate properties launched a project called "commune", near NICE road BSK 6th stage. I paid them 1.5 lakh advance in 2008. The project never took off. Weeks became months, which then became almost a year. I had to fight, cajole, threaten, shout and intimidate to get my own money back.The Developer hasn't that big name in bangalore compared to other tier 1 builders. Should wait and see how the developer can market this project by building trust among targeted customers.
