Last year it was reported that this project had seen an increase in size from 15 to 20 floors, making it potentially 100m tall. But now it's U/C it turns out it was just an increase to 18 floors with a height of 85.5m. But in Yokahama style this is most likely the roof height and not the higher architectural height. But it doesn't look like the actual top of this tower will be 100m+.
Anyway, construction already started a couple of months ago as seen in the update.
