I'll do Newcastle first...and it has some crackers!

- Windale
- West Wallsend
- Boolaroo/Argenton

I was never a fan of Carrington, but have grown to like it. Very interesting dockside suburb with a lot of potential, close to the city.

Brisbane

1. Ipswich City (all of it) - ipswich to me is brisbane's most unappealing area besides springfield

2. Caboolture Shire (all of it) - the most poorly integrated and sporadically developed council in the country

3. Chandler / Gumdale area - rural area snadwiched inbetween thick urban spaces and the quality of homes range from luxurious to delapidated. really crap area which creates a hole in the development of brisbane to the east
