Guy's here something new. I'm very curious to hear from you what current condominium project you like the most and you consider the most outstanding of them all. The list is probably not complete, but I deliberately only listed the most attractive buildings.

to me this is really a tough decision as most of them are really wonderful developments.But i chose Troika due to fresh design.K avenue is also anothe favourite!

I LOVE Norman Foster's Troika design-wise.

Value.....well......NAS Pavillion is the best condidering the location and all but it does not have the refinement of the rest.

In terms of classiness and location I love Ritz Calrton simply because it is at Bukit Bintang and it is connected to Stahill Ctr. The Binjai (KLCC Residences) is not bad considering that it is directly facing the park

But overall I would choose K Residence simply because the LRT station is beneath it and it is physically linked with Suria KLCC. And it is tall :banana:

Troika(Norman Foster).. design, high-tech modern, beautiful and.. value :uh: but second choice.. K Residence!
